Proven on the bench? Now make it affordable. Mid-volume production (5k–100k pcs): your design is proven and now unit cost matters. Factory-direct sourcing typically cuts 20–40% off catalog pricing — with QC baked in, not bolted on.

No. MagLink Sourcing is an independent sourcing agent. We don't own production lines — we manage a vetted network of them, and our job is to make sure the right factory builds your part, correctly and on time.
I designed my inductor in your Inductor Design Pro app. Can you get it manufactured?
Yes — that's exactly the workflow this service was built for. Send us the design report and we'll match it to factories, handle sampling and QC through to production.
What order volumes do you handle?
Our sweet spot is 500 to 100,000 pieces per run. Below 500, catalog distributors are usually your best option. Above 100k, you're better served going direct to a large manufacturer.
How long do samples take?
Typically 7–15 days depending on complexity, plus shipping. You'll receive test reports with the samples.
How do you prevent supplier substitutions?
Three layers: a signed approval (golden sample + spec), in-production checks against it, and pre-shipment inspection before anything leaves the factory. Substitutions happen when nobody's watching — we watch.
Do you work with buyers outside the US/EU?
Yes — we work with buyers worldwide. Tell us your delivery terms (EXW / FOB / DDP) and we'll quote accordingly.
How are you different from catalog distributors like Mouser or DigiKey?
They're unbeatable for off-the-shelf parts and prototypes — we don't compete there. We handle the two things catalogs don't: custom specs they don't stock, and production volumes where factory-direct pricing beats catalog pricing.
